At Kimluxe Hair Studio, your satisfaction is the heartbeat of our brand. We strive to provide an unparalleled luxury experience. To maintain our high standards of hygiene and professional excellence, we have established the following guidelines.
The Kimluxe Service Guarantee
We do not offer monetary refunds on hair services. However, your hair is our walking masterpiece.
- Adjustment Policy: If your results do not match the goals established during your consultation, please contact us within 7 days. We offer one complimentary adjustment session within 14 days of your original visit.
- Exclusions: Adjustments do not apply to “change of heart” requests where the service was performed as requested but the client prefers a different style or color post-service.
Boutique & Hair Extension Returns
Due to the premium nature of our hair extensions and strict health regulations, please note the following:
- Extensions & Wigs: Returns or exchanges are only accepted on items in their original, unopened packaging with all seals intact. Once the security seal is broken, the item is considered “final sale” for hygiene reasons.
- Custom Orders: Any bespoke color or custom-made wig units are final sale.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Your time is valuable, and so is ours. To accommodate our waitlist, we require 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations.
- Late Cancellations: Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
- No-Shows: Failure to arrive without notice will result in a 100% service charge and may require pre-payment for future bookings.
How to Process a Return
To initiate a return or discuss a service adjustment:
Processing: Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Visit us: Bring the physical product and your receipt to the studio.
